Hospice isn’t a place…

It is expert care; a helping hand; a thoughtful conversation; peace of mind.

Hospice is a team of specialists who come to you, wherever you are, experts in pain management and symptom control at end of life.

Covered 100% by Medicare, Medicaid, and most private insurances, Hospice of Lansing’s well-trained nurses visit intermittently throughout the week to care for your loved one, aides to lend a hand with chores and daily care, and a social worker to help your family deal with personal, legal and financial issues.

We can arrange for all of the medications, medical equipment, and supplies needed to be delivered. We have nurses on call 24/7 and also have volunteers for respite care along with supportive therapies like music, massage, and pet therapy.

Is your loved one living outside of the Lansing area?
The choice for hospice care becomes even more difficult when searching for care providers for an out-of-town family member.
If you’re not from the area where care will be provided, it’s hard to know who to contact. That’s why Hospice of Lansing has joined
a national telephone referral network of 70 + not-for-profit providers, under the umbrella of the National Partnership for Hospice Innovation (NPHI).

Dialing 1-844-GET-NPHI (1-844-438-6744), will put you in touch with the not-for-profit provider closest to their loved one.
