Hospice of Lansing is not a place, it’s expert care, compassion and support. We are an independent, local, nonprofit hospice providing the utmost in compassionate, meaningful end of life care. We can assist you and your loved one at home, or provide comfort at Hospice of Lansing’s – Stoneleigh Residence. You do have a choice for hospice care. Hospice of Lansing is the original non-profit community hospice in Lansing, MI. Technology and training has changed over the years, but our philosophy remains the same: to provide the best possible care for you and our community.

We have a 93% rating for Hospice Care compared to a state average of 83%.* We understand this can be a difficult time and we are honored to be an extended part of your family at this moment.

How is Hospice paid?

Hospice is paid under the Medicare/Medicaid Benefit and we also accept most private insurances that cover hospice. Our knowledgeable staff can address any billing or financial concerns. If you have questions, help is just a phone call away.

Who is Hospice of Lansing - Stoneleigh Residence?

We know this can be a difficult time. A majority of our team chose to be a part of Hospice of Lansing because they have been where you are now and want to make a difference. We are a community hospice composed of community members and experts in their field. Our medical director and associate medical director are physicians with years of experience.

We remained committed to you and your needs and continue to provide services to help you through this journey including massage therapy, music therapy and grief counseling. We are only a phone call away.

For over 40 years Hospice of Lansing has served thousands of people from the local community. In addition to hospice care, we offer bereavement counseling and support groups. These groups can work with any organization and are open to any one in need. We partner with the annual Caregiver’s Retreat to provide respite and relaxation to caregivers in our community.

We can offer advanced care planning services for assistance with living wills or durable power of attorney. Also, we often have special initiatives to help underserved communities.
